"Just a simple little three minute pop song inspired by the many post-punk acts that we’re doing that type of song, especially The Cure with 'Boys Don’t Cry.' I wanted to write a little almost 60s-style pop duet, but with a more modern almost punky edge, a fast, short pop song, very old-fashioned, bubblegum pop three chord trick. When I originally wrote it, it was even faster. We civilised it a little in rehearsals, and I think it became one of the stronger songs of the six from the Starforce session. Steve’s lead guitar work is again sensational."
