"Nigh Yak to Leningrad was a little tribute to Madness, really the song 'Night Boat to Cairo.' It was a guitar riff that I came up with in my sleep, took it to rehearsals, and everyone loved it. It just so happened that, when we had our rehearsal, Tilly had her sax with her. It lifted the song so much. Once everyone learnt their parts —it wasn’t too hard, we were near enough all playing the same apart from Steve’s fantastic chops. The ‘chorus’ bit where everyone goes full volume works brilliantly, I think. It turns into a marvellous bit of ska, I think, and yet another style to add to the eclectic Antelopes sound!"
